Introduction to School IPM (In-person)
This Power Point is designed for you to download and use as a standardize training for a school IPM program. IPM as a concept, the key elements of IPM and how IPM reduces risk. Learners will also understand the benefits of practicing IPM and how members of the school community all have IPM roles and responsibilities. Learners will understand how to perform the basic steps in an IPM program, such as pest monitoring, inspection, reporting, identifying conducive conditions and avenues of pest entry. Key pest groups and the signs of infestation will also be covered in this lesson.
