IPM in Schools for Food Service Staff (In-Person) Lesson 1 of 2

Food Service Staff are critical to pest management in any setting. Kitchens by design can harbor pests more than any other place in a building structure. In this lesson participants will learn about ants, cockroaches, flies and rodents. They will learn about pest vulnerable areas (PVAs) and how to reduce conducive conditions to keep pests out of the food service area.
